Eagles Youth Football

The date with which "league age" is determined is June 1st of the current calendar year for all divisions.

PeeWee: league age 6-7

Micro: league age 8-9

Junior: league age 10-11

Senior: league age 12-13

Flag: 4 & 5 years old and not eligible for tackle, cannot turn 6 after June 1st

The season begins the end of July and typically runs through the end of October depending on playoff eligibility.

Games are Sundays or Saturdays.

We are part of the Southern New England Youth Football Conference. Our program is open to members of

Tolland, Mansfield, Coventry, Willington, Stafford, Ashford

Other towns may be eligible if they are not part of SNEYFC.

Practices are held 4 days per week until school starts at which time they reduce to 3 days per week. Practices are held at either Tolland Middle School or Tolland High School.

The cost for the football season is $205 plus a refundable equipment and volunteer deposit.

Volunteer hours are 4 hours for the first athlete and 2 hours for each additional athlete (capped at 10 hours).

TYFC provides helmets, pads, jerseys, pants, and 1 mouth guard. Parents provide integrated girdle, padded shirt, cleats, and additional mouth guards.
