Refund Policy

If a family decides to withdraw their child/children from Tolland Youth Football & Cheerleading after paying registration fees for the season, an email notification must be sent to tollandyouthfootball@gmail.com prior to midnight of the first game of the season. If an email is sent before midnight of the first game of the season, 100% of the registration fees will be refunded.

If the email notification to withdraw is received after midnight of the first game of the season, refund amounts will be determined by the TYFC Board.
